If you bought themes or extension slots with an older version of Fleksy and are unable to restore your purchases, please send an email to support@fleksy.com with the following information:
- The email associated with your Fleksy account
- When you bought a new phone
- Whether you already tried to reinstall Fleksy or not
- Whether you already tried to update Fleksy or not
- Attach your proof of purchase (the email receipt you received from the Play Store outlining each theme purchased and the price you paid for it)
