What to do if you lost themes?

If you bought themes or extension slots with an older version of Fleksy and are unable to restore your purchases, please send an email to support@fleksy.com with the following information:

  1. The email associated with your Fleksy account
  2. When you bought a new phone
  3. Whether you already tried to reinstall Fleksy or not
  4. Whether you already tried to update Fleksy or not
  5. Attach your proof of purchase (the email receipt you received from the Play Store outlining each theme purchased and the price you paid for it)
