What to do if your data disappeared or didn’t backup?

This sometimes occurs because the session times out. To recover your data, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Fleksy app
  2. Log out
  3. Log back in
  4. Tap sync
  5. Close Fleksy
  6. Open Fleksy
