What to do if your data disappeared or didn’t backup?

This sometimes occurs because the session times out. To recover your data, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Fleksy app
  2. Tap the side menu button
  3. Tap on your Name (Top)
  4. Logout
  5. Log back in
  6. App will automatically sync
  7. Close Fleksy
  8. Open Fleksy
